The good old days of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout Beer Glasses for the Collector

Foreign Extra Stout is brewed with generous hops and roasted barley for a bittersweet balance and full-flavored, natural bite. Developed for global export from Ireland, the addition of extra hops ensured this Stout would arrive in perfect condition. Today it is enjoyed by millions around the world.

The Guinness pint glass was redesigned in April 2010 for the first time ever. This may be a good time to harvest the old pint glasses, as they will soon be phased out and could later become collector’s items.

Guinness Foreign Extra Stout in its Monday Brand Bottling. Here is a Guinness reprint glass of that famous brand. It is a pint glass size and stands 6 inches tall with a 3 1/2 inch mouth. The front has the legendary label with the sitting money. The back has GUINNESS in white estd 1759 with the harp. The glass is in perfect shape.

Guinness Foreign Extra Stout Cockatrice Brand. Here is a Guinness reprint glass of that famous brand. It is a pint glass size and stands 6 inches tall with a 3 1/2 inch mouth. The front has the legendary label with the strutting rooster. It reads Cockatrice Brand bottled by T.F. Ashe and Nephew Liverpool. The back has GUINNESS in white estd 1759 and a gold harp. The glass stands six inches tall with a 3 1/2 inch mouth.

Collectible GUINNESS FOREIGN EXTRA STOUT Badger Beer Glass - Badger Brand, Hamburg! Badger Brand bottled by Paul Ed. Nolting & Co.,, Hamburg, Germany.  Clear glass with gold Irish harp on back.  Underneath harp is "EST'D 1759" and "GUINNESS."  Unusual find!
